🔄 Refunds & Returns :

At Annie’s Crafts, each item is handcrafted with love and attention to detail. While we strive for perfection, we understand that occasional issues may arise. Here’s how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds:

❌ Order Cancellation :

You may cancel your order before it is shipped to receive a full refund. Cancellations after shipment are not eligible for refund, but we’re happy to help you exchange the item for another of equal value. Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

💵 Refund Policy :

Refunds for eligible cancellations are issued as Credit Notes, which can be used toward future purchases.

🧵 Return & Replacement (Domestic Orders Only) :

If you receive an item in poor condition or with tampered packaging, please refuse delivery and return the package to the courier. Notify us at anniescrafts@gmail.com with your Order ID, and we’ll send a free replacement. If a delivered product has a defect, notify us within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement. To ensure smooth processing, returned products must include: Original tags Packaging and accessories Retail box (if applicable)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items :

Products are not eligible for return or replacement in the following cases: Physical damage caused post-delivery Missing original packaging or components Removal of UPC (Universal Product Code) from the packaging We make every effort to present our products accurately on www.anniescrafts.in.
